Shipping & Delivery

The shipping time for an in-stock item is about two days, for an out-of-stock item it is about one week, and is make in special jewelry boxes inside a padded envelope that fits a C.D. (to avoid misplacement).

All shipments include a guarantee and a tracking number (which is notified to the customer after shipment).

The shipping cost for most of the pieces, is from 7,58 € to 10,08 € for shipments within France and from 10,45 € to 16,75 € for shipments outside France (I don't know why the international price “up to 50 g.”. is the same as “up to 100 g.”) .

The cost of handling, packing materials and time in La Poste offices related to each shipment is 2 €, which are automatically included in the final price of each purchase.

The calculation of the shipping costs is based on the weight of each piece plus the weight of the packaging.
In the case of a single order of more than one piece, we may proceed to a partial refund (of shipping costs) at the time of shipment, if it fits in a single package and its weight is less than expected.
The explanation for this process is that in the Prestashop system (on which this store is built), there is no option to specify only and exclusively the weight of the packaging, so you have to add it to the weight of each piece.

The local post office hours are from 9h to 12h from Tuesday to Saturday. So most orders are shipped only on Saturdays.

In any case, the customer is always informed by receiving relevant e-mails concerning each part of the manufacturing and/or shipping process.

Returns and Refunds

We do not sell products whose value diminishes over time until they need to be replaced.
Nor do we sell products that are mass-produced and therefore easily replaceable.
In both cases, see examples such as cell phones, everyday clothing, etc.

We sell handmade jewelry (so that in one way or another, and even if it is at the decimeter level (perhaps imperceptible to the naked eye), each piece is unique and has its own “personality”).
We sell art sculpted in metal that prevails in time through the generations.
Metal whose value, moreover, constantly fluctuates and increases over the years.

Thus, for the reasons stated here and according to paragraph 2° of Art. L. 121-21-8 of the LOI n° 2014-344 du 17 mars 2014 relative à la consommation, capricious returns have no place in this store.

The only legitimate reason for which we can think of a return is if, for example, there has been an error on our part (a misunderstanding, a manufacturing defect, etc). In such a case, the refund of the purchase will be made at the time we receive the returned product, without shipping costs on the part of the customer.

These conditions also apply to personalized orders (paragraph 3° Art. L. 121-21-8 of the LOI n° 2014-344 du 17 mars 2014 relative à la consommation).

Sterling silver jewelry purchased at Satan's Reliquary comes with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
On the other hand, the shipping costs for a piece purchased at Satan's Reliquary to be repaired or restored free of charge in our workshop, will be paid by the customer.

It is to facilitate and ensure the application of our warranty, that we strongly advise you to keep the purchase invoice for as many years as the jewel is in your possession. In case of loss of invoice, it is also possible that we simply verify the data transmitted by the customer, in order to apply our guarantee.
